DJ Sammee Skates will have you dancing and moving to underground P-Funk and club classics in this feel-good show. It’s a new take from a veteran of the scene dropping the funkiest, sweetest tunes you may ever hear on the radio. Bet you can’t sit still for this one!
DJ Sammee Skates began his music career at 16 by working in a prestigious music shop in the West End. There he began teaching himself to play guitar, later using his skills to start the band Savanna, followed by LW5. Both bands experienced commercial success which led Sammee to producing as ‘Phatt Boys’, where he created remixes for a variety of British and American artists including Destiny’s Child, Next, Beyonce, Eric Benet and Coco. An avid roller skater, he combined his love for skating and music to launch the largest family roller disco in London, Skating Haven. DJ Sammee has significant experience in Broadcast and Studio Engineering, he is a huge support to the team at Hale London.
My sets include anything soulful with a high-quality beat. My aim is to create and deliver something magically different and impactful.
