Rose Daly is an Art Director, Designer, and University Lecturer. In addition, she is the co-founder of the Tottenham-based music, arts, and culture platform Hale London. As an Art Director and Designer with 20 years + of experience, Rose has worked with leading UK and International media companies such as; Sony Europe, Sony BMG, Universal Music, EMI, Sanctuary Records Group; Trojan Records, Attack, Rough Trade, Fantastic Plastic, Castle Music, Sanctuary Frontline, Ras Records, White Label Recordings, Studio One, Island, ITV Publishing, EMAP Media Group, and Channel 4 to mention a few. During this period Rose worked on several notable projects creating artwork, branding, print and digital marketing material working with several established and new recording artists. Rose has spent 19 years lecturing, and is also a Photographer within the fashion industry working for commercial and independent companies.

At Hale, Rose is the co-founder and Director who manages the weekly live schedule with the ever-evolving roster of exceptional DJs, alongside organising the playlist, programming and partnerships.

As a proud resident Rose also works within the Haringey community as a mentor delivering creative workshops, and is a respected voice within the borough, forming a part of a creative panel for Haringey Council making decisions on how funding is distributed for specific Arts projects and organisations.

Rose uses a pseudonym as a DJ (Rose Livewire) Possessing 25 + years experience as a specialist DJ within the music industry, Rose has played on the behalf of Trojan Records in her early years with a former collective from those who worked in-house at the label, leading to running many notable promotions and events for several years, alongside being invited to play at an array of festivals, Notting Hill Carnival to clubs and bars, she also has significant experience in radio broadcast with a show once sponsored by Universal music when Trojan Records was a subsidiary label, and is a cross-genre vinyl collector who has extensive historical and contemporary knowledge of music.
